About The Program

DHL Exported, created by IMG in collaboration with DHL, is an unprecedented program that combines the global marketing platform of the most impactful fashion week events with DHL’s unsurpassed logistics capabilities. The program enables designers to grow their businesses internationally while streamlining their internal logistics. DHL Exported is for fashion designers established in their local market looking to further expand their brand across international borders.

Designers from all over the world are invited to submit applications to expand their businesses to one of four key retail markets with an export development strategy that includes shipping and logistics assistance, marketing and public relations support, along with an enhanced social and digital platform.

In addition, DHL Exported provides venue and production costs for designers to debut their collections on-schedule for two consecutive seasons at one of the following trade events: New York Fashion Week: The Shows, London Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week or Amazon Fashion Week TOKYO. DHL Exported underwrite various costs of producing the designers’ show/presentation and provide a model package and full show production team.  DHL also deliver the final collection to New York, London, Milan or Tokyo for two seasons.

The DHL Exported Program is supported by the British Fashion Council, Camera Nazionale Della Moda Italiana, and Japan Fashion Week Organization. Winning designers are chosen by a global committee of experts based on their demonstrated ability to benefit from the DHL Exported program.
